Alejandro Gentile, a Uruguayan chef with Italian roots, founded Gentile in Ecuador alongside his wife Alejandra.
With more than 30 years in gastronomy, 20 of them in Ecuador and restaurants in Guayaquil and Cuenca, his proposal combines Uruguayan meats, Italian pasta, and charcoal cooking. “We don't just compete with the dish. We compete with the experience,” summarizes Alejandro. Each meal is a journey to the heart of two cultures.
